Let’s get real. We all understand and realize being busy in our lives and working out sucks. Learn How to Workout in Office Lunch Break?. So finding time for a workout can be very difficult. We all know how important it is for our body to work out and lose some calories.

While the main reasons why we don’t indulge any form of workout is the excuse of our day to day busy schedule. Your life gets in the way. You have to give a ton of time to talk yourself into it. The next best option is to get take a quick break and workout in office during lunchtime.

In the most cases, the problem with lunchtime is that you have only one hour to get to the gym and then back to work on time. So we have added some great workout that takes only 35 minutes. This is a perfect way to start exercising without spending much time.

How to Workout in Office Lunch Break?

Warm-up exercise

2 rounds of each exercise

  • 20 Jumping Jacks
  • 10 Pushups
  • 15- Squat Jumps


  • 10 Kettlebell swings
  • 15- Pushups
  • 20 Bicycle Crunches
  • 10- Squat Jumps


  • 3 minutes Rowing Machine (Max effort!)


Here are few tips for self-starters

Tip 1: Don’t push yourself hard. You can take it slow and consider working on one body part each day or a few body parts, like biceps, chest, shoulders, abs, and legs. As your stamina grows, you’ll manage to perform more exercise in a short time.

Tip 2: You are just like me if you feel shy to perform any exercise. Trust me, as you get started, you’ll be comfortable to workout in office during lunch break. You should have strong willpower and keep yourself motivated. You’ll soon be proud of yourself.
